• 25% handling charge on all merchandise returned within 5 days
• Request to cancel an order prior to shipment is subject to a 3% fee of the invoice value or a minimum USD15 whichever is higher. This fee is applied due to the non-refundable 3% portion of any refund transaction mandated by credit card companies and merchant services.
• Although very rare, Verisure Auto Parts reserves the right to cancel and fully refund an order before shipment occurs.
Warranty
• Mechanical and electrical items are only warranted when installed by an ASE certified technician, and used for regular use or regular road driving, and in some cases: items which have security and programming requirements must be installed by a dealership which sells and services the vehicle.
• Warranty period begins from the day the parts were delivered to the shipping address.
• All electrical or mechanical items come with a 90 days standard warranty and a 30 day return policy, unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty refund covers 100% of the item cost.
• Warranty refund covers standard shipping costs within the USA. It does not cover expedited or international shipping costs.
• Warranty does not cover labor, installation costs, or any expenses related to picking items up from terminals, or from us locally.
• Warranty is only applicable to items being installed on a vehicle as a replacement part.
• Warranty is only applicable to mechanical or electrical faults.
• Normal external wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
• Warranty will be void for any electrical or mechanical items which have been taken apart.
• At our discretion, we may require a customer to take pictures of items that are broken or damaged in order to proceed with a warranty claim.
• For warranty approval, for mechanical or electrical items, we may ask to speak with the installation technician and review all related paperwork, documentation, and receipts.
• Please note: Although we offer warranty, we aren't always able to test mechanical or electrical parts prior to sale.
Payment & Shipping
• In the event that an address change is requested after the placement of an order, it is possible that said order may necessitate a re-purchase and incur a fee amounting to 3% or a minimum amount of USD15 or whichever is higher. This fee is imposed as a consequence of the policies instituted by credit card companies or merchant services, whereby shipment to an updated address is not feasible absent the reprocessing of the order and the levy of a 3% transaction fee.
• Orders are usually packaged and picked up by carrier within 1-2 business days(not counting Saturday, Sunday, or holidays).
• If you receive a wrong or damaged part, you can notify us within 10 days. You will need to provide us with a detailed diagnosis and any relevant photos to facilitate the replacement process.
• International orders which are lost or stuck outside of the USA cannot be refunded, as we have no way of filing a claim or retrieving a package once it leaves the USA.
• Shipment times are estimated by carrier, and start after the part is picked up from the warehouse.
• If you would like us to ship to a PO BOX, APO, or other type of address, please contact us directly for purchase.
• If your total says a signature is required, a signature will be required for your package(s) at the time of delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting packages for shipping damage before signing for them. We recommend refusing packages that appear to have damaged your items, in order to get a full refund.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, after delivery. If you would like to add a signature to your delivery, please contact us directly.
• Residents of California(USA) will pay sales tax on all purchases. If you are unaware of the current sales tax, please contact us for assistance.
• Any international customs fees, duties, taxes, etc... must be paid for by the buyer.
• We are not liable for delayed or late shipments due to weather, carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. If there are any delays in shipment, buyer must contact carrier to resolve any issues. We cannot cancel or refund orders due to unforeseen shipping delays.
• If your shipment is being delivered via freight truck (LTL), you will be responsible to off load the delivery, regardless of shipment weight. You must also provide a valid working phone number in order for the carrier to contact and initiate delivery.
• Our usual delivery times are between 7-14 days from the date of approval from the customer or as agreed in writing otherwise
• Standard freight includes delivery to a commercial business address with access to a loading dock or forklift. Any accessory charges (lift gate service/residential delivery) requested by the customer will be charged to the credit card above after the order is delivered. The customer agrees to pay all the agreed charges upon invoice.
Returns
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item, unless stated otherwise.
• All items shipped by Verisure Auto Parts have a marker based, hand-written number on them for identification purposes, which must remain on any returned items.
• Customers must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning items. No returns or refunds will be accepted without a duly authorized RMA form
• Returns of all ordered parts are subject to a 35% restocking fee and shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded. To determine incorrect orders, we may ask for your vehicle's VIN.
• Verisure Auto Parts does not cover return shipping costs for incorrectly ordered items.
• Items which are lost or damaged during the return process will not be refunded. Customer is responsible to properly package items being returned in order to avoid damage.
• A shipping refund cannot be given for international shipments in cases where shipping is deemed as LTL or freight.
• Shipping refunds are only applicable to non-expedited shipping costs.
• We may request pictures of broken or damaged items before processing a return.
• Strictly no returns on electronic parts.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed only after the part is received back from you to us. We will inspect the part before processing the refund. If the part is not in its original condition, a refund will be denied. The return shipping label will be discussed upon the value of the order. If the part is found to be defective or damaged, a replacement part will be sent at no additional charge. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the defective or damaged part.
• All refunds will take 7 - 10 days to reach your account.
• All credit/debit card refunds will be charged 7% nonrefundable ‘card transaction fees’. There are no fees for refunds by check, or direct bank transfers.
• Tips if any are nonrefundable unless agreed in writing.
General
• Customer agrees to provide a working email address and telephone number to send and receive information and updates about the order. If a customer is not reachable, Verisure will automatically consider the order as cancelled. In case a payment is charged, then a refund will be issued after 21 business days.
• Any issues about the order including cancellations, returns, refunds, shipment, non-delivery etc. must be communicated in writing before raising a dispute and allowing up to five business days for us to respond or remedy the issue.
• Inspection of color, condition, and interchange by picture or asking via email or phone is customer responsibility.
• All used items have normal wear and tear. Parts are NOT to be assumed that they are in absolute perfect cosmetic condition unless specifically stated.
• Unless item description states otherwise, all parts are from USA model vehicles with a left hand drive setup.
• Items described as driver(LH) or passenger(RH) side refer to US made specifications, or left hand drive vehicles. For clarity, passenger side refers to right side when sitting in vehicle, and driver side refers to left side when sitting in vehicle.
• Hardware, such as bolts and nuts, are not included with your purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Over the phone orders are also subject to the same terms listed on this page.
• In very rare instances, we may have an inventory error which will force us to cancel an order, or send a near identical item which is compatible with a purchased item.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• For orders of $500 or more, we may ask you to fill and sign a credit card authorization form.
• Strictly no returns on electronic parts.
• Verisure supplies high quality used automotive parts for cars, vans and trucks.
• Customer acknowledges that these automotive parts and accessories are sold “as is” and may not arrive as described and may be sourced from another source such as a used auto dismantler, recycler, salvage yard or warehouse, upon which the condition of them may be unknown. Customer also acknowledges that Verisure is not responsible for any damage that is occurred while parts are shipped or sourced.
